ade40fbe3a 2.0.2: a manifest publish nudges every relay machine to check at once (the shipper's order, 8 October 2026: the engine's manifest check is hourly today, ten minutes from 2.0.2, and the mini took the 2.0.1 entry only when its api/update/check was called by hand). publish-manifest.sh --deploy ends by posting packaging/ota/update-check.ps1 as a relay run to every machine under ~/.config/igneum/relay-machines (--no-nudge skips it; an unreachable machine is one line, never a failure); the script asks the local engine through its own api/update/check with the token from app.url, waits 45 s and reads back what it staged (RESULT UPDATE-CHECK asked version=... manifest=... state=...); it installs, quits, pauses or resumes nothing (the engine's own path installs at its next safe moment and the MINING-ON relay run reads the apply). Also: publish-jobs.sh's edition read is safe under set -e (the pre-push publish-jobs check's sandboxed add had failed on it). Test known-failed first in relay/test/clients.test.mjs

0f54f1bdb5 F14 pinned and the founder's kill-by-name refusal in the relay agent (8 October 2026). The agent runs a task only beside an engine whose api/state reads edition "lab", product "Igneum Miner Lab" and channel "igneum-2.0-devnet-lab" (the window lane's reviewb-202 ef3c8402 strings); an engine with no such field is pre-2.0.2 and runs as before. publish-jobs.sh refuses an add to a target whose latest IGNEUM-APP header reads edition=public (tools/logs.mjs --header <id8>, new: the machine's latest app header line). The founder's word at 20:21 UK ("STOP all these mess ups", the fourth kill-by-name breach that day), by construction: Check-Task refuses a task body that ends a process by its name (Stop-Process -Name, taskkill /IM, Get-Process -Name | Stop-Process, pkill, killall) with exit 77 and the matched line; a pid is the only way. Tests known-failed first in relay/test/service.test.mjs (the shapes built from pieces so the tree's own kill-by-name check reads no kill)

4a8a5e0e6b F14, the relay and publisher half (the founder's ruling, 8 October 2026, 19:57 UK: the public miner carries no remote execution; the fleet runs the lab build under its own signing root, separate from the OTA key). publish-manifest.sh: the key follows the channel (igneum-2.0-devnet-lab signs with ~/.config/igneum/lab-signing/lab-signing-key, --lab names it; every other channel the OTA key; a channel naming a lab that is not the lab channel is refused); publish-jobs.sh: --channel lab|public picks the root, anything else refused. igneum-agent.ps1: App-Product reads api/state .product and Lab-Refusal refuses every task beside a public engine ("Igneum Miner"), an engine without the field (pre-2.0.2) runs as before. Release rule 16 names the split (feature lab, channel igneum-2.0-devnet-lab, product "Igneum Miner Lab", the lab kits, the per-PC exes wrapping the lab Setup, the lab root). Known-failed first: the publishers' cross refusals, relay/test/service.test.mjs

d43d4394d7 publish-jobs: restart --what app is refused unless --allow-app-restart (PC 1, 6 October 2026 19:10Z and 8 October 14:50Z: on a 0.3.x engine the restart kind leaves a relaunch helper racing the window host for the single instance; it lost both times, the app down for hours with the whole queue behind it; the fix, the host's ladder with no helper, is v2.0.0's restart-kind-20). The flag is the publisher's word that the target's last upload reads 2.0.0 or later; the node and miners restarts are unchanged. Known-failed first: the shape that hit PC 1 now exits 2 with the reason

caa3040fdc Registry batches: the 2.0.1 literal run (ef0f2ed8 + 2826f37e) and F0's GOV-01 row; the finality cells split 
Run 201-ef0f2ed8-2826f37e: node ef0f2ed8 (291ee6ae plus the 2.0.1 version bump) on the key-succession pairing, kaspad check and the five node-side suites green on build-4; the miner cut tip 2826f37e (app crate identical to 2ea7b43f), pow and app green on build-2; evidence at build-1:/srv/artefacts/tas/201-ef0f2ed8-2826f37e/. GOV-01's row takes F0 (docs/plans/igneum-2.0-f0-manifest.md) as its evidence through the batch f0-manifest-20261008-b (the earlier f0 batch landed before the replay existed and never recorded). The map splits the finality cells at the finality lane's ask: harness:finality-sim keeps FIN-08 (the model side), harness:finality-sim-fin02 carries FIN-02's simulator half, node:finality-realnode carries the node lane's real-node lines for FIN-02 and FIN-07.

The founder's home pass (8 October 2026). Section headings shortened to one line at 390 and 1440 (What 2.0 delivers.,
The people on it.); the hero line fits one line at 1440 and keeps two at 390 (25 px; one line would need 13 px). The
one-click statement moves under the download buttons as one line. The miner rows cut to the scan shape with the claim
and window sentences verbatim and the chip detail behind /litepaper#chip-model; the deliverables table stays. The phone
bar keeps the toggle, Download and the burger together on the right at one size; the footer's icons (Discord, source,
Reddit, email) and its four download pills each sit in one row.

docs/plans/igneum-2.0-f0-manifest.md is the fixture F0 every case pins to: the identity pins as the steward read them on 8 October 2026 (the miner cut tip 2ea7b43f, the node roll sha ef0f2ed8, igneum-devnet-4, the object digest be5f4068, the class v5 freeze and its fingerprint, the roles and kits), the four fields main ruled on at 19:3x (P07's workload W as the pilot plan's shape; P00 and P08's fault model and thresholds as the finality spec's own at a1b3977a6; P10's study NOT RUN until unaffiliated participants are recruited, never a staff run; P02's AMD cells the 9070 XT and RX 7600 on PC 1, PARTIAL until a rented AMD cell exists), an unresolved-field register with owners and defaults, and the signing block for 23:30. GOV-01's row (through the batch f0-manifest-20261008, replayed at the merge) adds the manifest to its evidence path and stays RUNNING until the signatures are in.

a471c0e7a4 A registry landing carries its batches and the merge replays them onto master's copy; tonight's three batches ride it 
The acceptance registry is a hot file: three landings in a row lost rule 26's race to another lane's rows during their own seven-minute gate. Now a registry landing carries its run batches as tools/ci/batches/<run id>.json (the files test-record.mjs --record took); merge-to-master.sh, for a branch that added batch files, lets rule 26 pass the registry path (the branch's copy is never what lands), and in the merge worktree takes master's copy of the registry, replays every added batch through the recorder (idempotent), commits the merge and runs the evidence rules on the merged result before the push. Self-test: a fixture where master gained a row after the branch point and the branch carries a batch; the merge lands with both rows. The batches: 200-417c4a57-b2 (the 2.0.1 gate, 30 cases RUNNING), review-harness-20261008T180034Z (POW-01's cross-check, all four anchor groups agree), p01-partb-20261008-01 (POW-06, three parsers, zero panics); the map gains crosscheck:review-harness and part B's command and coverage.
