# F0: the release and assurance manifest (Igneum 2.0)
The fixture every case of the Test and Acceptance Standard (docs/plans/igneum-2.0-test-registry.json) pins to. Written by the CI steward on 8 October 2026 (the pins corrected by the shipper at 19:3x: the cut tip 2826f37e, the node roll ef0f2ed8); the owner lane of each field is named; a field with no value reads BLOCKED and stays open. Signing (protocol, product and independent review owners) by 23:30 UK on 8 October 2026; until the signatures block below is filled, every confirmatory run reads RUNNING, never PASS.

## The four fields main ruled on (main's word, 19:3x UK, 8 October 2026)
1. **P07's workload W** = the pilot plan's shape: one SP1 program pinned by vk, the shard fixture's size class, compressed proofs, one job an hour as the floor and the fleet's measured rate as the ceiling, requests per hour declared from the pipeline record's day.
2. **P00 and P08's fault model and thresholds** = the finality spec's own (docs/spec/finality-guarantees.md at 4b423dad8): two thirds of the sliding table, the anchored table under rule v4, the recovery variant as the founder's default, the 40/40/20 fixture, the expiry cases as the spec lists them.
3. **P10's 30-participant study** = NOT RUN with the reason "unaffiliated participants not yet recruited"; the row kept open; never a staff run.
4. **P02's second and third AMD configurations** = the 9070 XT and the RX 7600 on PC 1 as the two retail AMD cells tonight; rented AMD cells added when any provider lists one; the row PARTIAL until then.
