Deliverable 1 of the internal adversarial pass on the program acceptance rule and its generator (class v4 sub-version 3, frozen commit c3d32437). build/master's igneum-pow/ is NOT byte-identical to the frozen commit (6 files, 635 deletions: master stripped the v4 sub-version-3 code). To obey the outsider rule this worktree's igneum-pow/ and proto-cuda/packs-ca3-v4/ are reset to the frozen commit, so every build and run in this pass is against the frozen rule.
