29d7bfebd1 B1 (R15-05): the published MTP/DRSample primitive reproduced, with its complete verifier and fixtures 
Blocki and Smearsoll (eprint 2025/1456 as archived, sha256 13c3646e...) Sec 2.2, 3.2 and App. C over
DRSample (ABH17 Alg. 1, eprint 2017/443 as archived): CPython reference in tools/mhpow/b1 (params, drsample,
mtp, attacks), the verifier's named checks in the paper's order with a known-failed test each (17 of 17 OK
on build-6), five deterministic known-answer fixtures (n 4 to 20), honest rows n 12 to 24, the malicious
provers A1 to A6 (Dinur-Nadler eprint 2017/497 Sec 4.1, 4.3/5, 8; the paper's Attack 1; the LuckyQuery
regrind) and the k table. Encoding pinned with B2 (BLAKE2b-256, tags L/M/C/G, u64 LE, raw leaves,
LSB-at-root, public graph seed). Findings: proven k with ABH17's constant exceeds N to about n 25 (F-3);
one labelling yields many accepted roots (F-4); lambda 256 meets Lemma 3 only for q <= 2^31.5 (F-5).
Research paths added to tools/ci/export-exclude.txt beside B2's. Registry batch NOT RUN for the steward.

27efd57303 build-1 guards (the coordinator, 9 October 2026, after the 09:54 OOM): the queue reader as a unit, a memory guard every minute (one fresh sync at a time by unit; free memory under 15 GB alerts), an edge check every five minutes (the workers page, the git host, /light; a failed caddy started again), Restart=always and the OOM order on caddy, cron, atd, rsyslog and the reader (last in line) and on the three sync units (first in line); install.sh runs on the box from the mirror.

7638774fc2 mhpow B2: the binding spec for the Track B work unit (instance layout, obligations O-01 to O-16) 
The canonical instance input (328 bytes, work version 1, draft): network id, chain id, header and work
versions, the dataset policy digest, the program id, the epoch, era and day the frozen class carries, the
state root, the pre-PoW header hash (parents, coinbase root, DAA score, timestamp), the 64-bit nonce as trial
id, the graph parameters. The obligations read against Blocki and Smearsoll, eprint 2025/1456 (full PDF,
sha256 13c3646e): reuse answered per input; two lottery rules FAIL with counter-examples (sink re-roll,
free screening); the replacement, multi-instance, adaptive input, constants and energy BLOCKED to B4 and
the node lane. Figures from tools/mhpow/b2/b2_figures.py on build-9. Registry batch NOT RUN.

7132799897 B6 (R15-10): the verification budget of a proof-carrying memory-work unit as a parameter table against the node's limits (documents only; the node lane, 9 October 2026, 10:1x UK): proof bytes per block, cold verification time on the hub-class box (build-7's measured single-core SHA-256 rate: 6.8 M 64-byte hashes a second) and on the minimum node (undefined, BLOCKED), invalid-proof amplification against the PoW strike guard (2 per hour), ledger N6 (3,600 s window, 600 s ban), the class v5 state wait and the fd class closed this morning, the pool's share check (one bound hash today, verify.rs 52), propagation against the 256 MiB message limit, the block time and the epoch wall; every B1 value a BLOCKED row named by its symbol; every verdict NOT RUN

22a4f32634 TV-02 on the TV-01 supply spec: B replays from the spec's own numbers and agrees with A to the integer on devnet-4 and mainnet and on both reorg fixtures 
The spec (supply-spec.json at tv-01-supply-spec 92af6c89, sha256 3ffdd308...) is mapped to B's rules by
tv01_adapter.py, which refuses any rule it cannot map; B now reads a stated integer launch rate and Q32 step
multiplier. Byte-identical CSVs to A's (6ede4f4a..., 3cf7f426...), the 66 and 63 transitions, both fixtures equal to
the hand-written integers with the no-undo ledger refused, and A's terminal rows equal to the terminal supplies the
spec states. README: the spec rows, R1 to R4 updated (the spec states the genesis rule and the per-block order), R10
the mainnet genesis DAA score (C09). The registry batch carries the spec run.
