Class v5 stored state: the foreign-seed capture amendment (fix 2 of node 2.0.2, the HEAL lane, 8 October 2026). Section 8's row "a state the verifier cannot reach" becomes the bounded scratch execution of the foreign selected-parent chain (the retryable refusal never ended on igneum-devnet-4: 6 chains and 11 islands at the epoch-3 cut); section 2a.1 gains the rule that streams are keyed by block hash, several candidates per epoch, each with a capture's retention; section 2a.5 carries the two cost rows (one D per candidate stream; the grinding and DoS face with the bound, the one-in-flight rule and the PoW-first condition named as properties). Measured rows: without the fix the lighter node never left its chain in 300 s; with it, +20 s and one tip and seed from +60 s.
