igneum-labs bf7ffc3a74 Fast-time override file: the six 0.3.11 parameters (class v3 switch, genesis dataset size, proving v1) beside the ledger line's own, the dead timestamp_deviation_tolerance left out (ledger close round 3) 
kaspa-consensus-core's fast_time_60x_file_is_the_devnet_at_60x reads this file through ../../../../infra/fast-time from
the fork and requires every OverrideParams field: on the rebased fork (ledger-fixes-0311, 89dfcb95's fields) the
fud-close copy lacked pow_genesis_dataset_log2, program_class_v3_activation_daa and the four proving_v1_* fields,
while release-0.3.11's copy still carries timestamp_deviation_tolerance, which X19's node refuses at load. Values as
release-0.3.11 ships them (class v3 at never, dataset log2 28, proving v1 at never, segment 8, unproven 10, 1000 bps).
kaspa-consensus-core 108 of 108 (2 ignored) and db_compat 7 of 7 on the Mac afterwards.
