igneum-labs b0c4d5d222 fin-proof: design page, finality carried inside the segment proof 
The weight table of spec 03 W2 as a commitment inside the recursive
segment proof, updated once per segment, the certificate verified in the
guest against the table the proof carries, the light client that needs no
node for the voter set, the never-expiring frozen table and why, the
colouring levels, the costs to measure.
