igneum-labs a02a14540d Merge build/master into driver-check (the box mirror; GitHub suspended): the build-remote.sh router fix 1784bdb7 and the rest of master over release-0.3.21 ... Conflicts resolved: the release notes and the FUD ledger by union (the 0.3.21 branch's text first, master's after; release-0.3.21.md's node-line section kept as 6a under master's section 6); release-rules.md takes master's 4c row; tools/ci/pre-push.sh keeps both the overlap sweep and the money test; site/yourcard.js carries the currency picker (currency-21) with master's vendor badge folded in (badge-slot span, marks JSON, vendorOf, badge on change).
