igneum-labs 27a6320cb4 Job runner: the detached-helper prelude (main's rule, 7 Oct 2026 21:3x BST, from the 0.3.22 take 2 fault): every PowerShell job gets Start-IgneumDetached ahead of its script, which starts a hidden PowerShell through Win32_Process.Create (Invoke-CimMethod; a one-shot scheduled task as the fallback) outside the job's tree, prints RESULT detached pid, and never uses Start-Process (the known-failed shape, asserted by the test; jobrun::tests green on build-1). Also: forgejo.sh container check without ps|grep; devnet3.conf IGNEUMD at the 0.3.23 hands pair (the 21:30Z move) ...
