rules as built with their word lists; the onboarding answers and to-dos as built; DISCORD_WEBHOOK_FEED created and
installed on the box (first hourly post feed:2026-10-07:13 at 13:06 UK); what still needs the founder (an office-hour
time, 2FA on the account for the moderator switch, the ladder bot's host, a second account for the AutoMod test).
