The sweep (main's item 1): 199 tracked text files, 783 lines. The founder's full name, first name and possessive become "the founder" (sentence starts capitalised); the lowercase operating-system user name in WSL paths and commands becomes <user>; the second owner login becomes "the second owner login"; the three earlier businesses and the two other brands become "the other business", "the earlier entity", "the earlier business" and "another brand"; the Chrome profile rule names the igneum.network profile, not the profile's label. The standing commit login igneum-labs is not a founder term here: the fresh-repository step renames it in the history (docs/plans/history-rewrite.md, tools/repo/fresh-repo.sh).
The patterns never appear in plain text in the tree (a plaintext list would be the hit): tools/ci/founder-strings.b64 (perl regex, tab, a sample per row) is read by tools/ci/founder-strings-check.sh (every tracked text file, perl, known-failed first: the self-test plants each row's sample in a fixture and the hit must name the file), by tools/community/discord-hooks.mjs (the guard's founder and business rows; the test takes its fixtures from the samples) and by tools/repo/fresh-repo.sh (the business names of the rewrite rules). site/forbidden-strings.txt carries the same patterns as b64: lines, decoded case-insensitive by site/scrub.mjs and tools/ci/launch-gates-check.mjs (whose fixture now plants an encoded made-up name). The check runs in the gate's tree checks on every merge.
Not in this commit, by main's word: the 105 commit messages and 40 personal-identity commits that need the history rewrite (listed, not run), and the secrets found by gitleaks over the history (reported with owners).

From docs/analysis/horizon/economy-and-utility.md (sections 3.1, 4.1 to 4.4, proposals 2, 3, 4, 7) and
docs/analysis/horizon/consensus-security.md (finding 3, proposal 1), both on master.
(a) The litepaper's "proofs at the cost of power" and the customer brief's "priced in dollars per proof" are
conditioned: electricity is close to power, the price a prover must charge is the subsidy it forgoes, published as a
formula with network hash as the input (per shard, card hash over network hash x 0.8 x 31.688 IGN x shard seconds,
plus electricity), never a number; 100 to 300x the published market rate at the devnet's 1.16 GH/s, competitive near
100 GH/s beside the miner, approximate beyond the one card measured. Six litepaper passages and two brief rows. The
text check's P6 sentence moves to the conditioned form. Ledger E20.
(b) One threshold sentence in Governance and Mining: 60 percent of blue blocks over two weeks for a parameter genesis
leaves open, 90 percent for an upgrade (new code), 95 percent with a floor height for a class change (the Mining
section had said a 90 percent signal turns a spare defence on, which is a class change). Ledger G15.
(c) The 20% proving-pool row carries the caveat that consensus does not yet verify the carried proof, so a block
producer could claim shard pay with a false proof today (P21; the 0.3.16 fix). Ledger P24.
(d) The dev fee reads "default-on, switchable, 1 percent of the producer share" in the payment-routes row and the
Ember section; docs/plans/funding.md section 4's ceiling is 1 percent of the producer share, USD 38,520 / 154,080 /
770,400 at the three prices, corrected from 48,000 / 193,000 / 963,000. Ledger E21.
(e) The pool row's note: unclaimed pool credit is today stranded in the escrow, no rule returns it; the fix rolls it
into the next proven segment (0.3.16). Ledger P25.
site/ledger.html regenerated (176 entries); tools/ci/ledger-text-check.mjs carries the five new sentences (53, 0 missing).

docs/plans/funding.md rule 5: the bounty is escrowed and the benchmark live before daily
issuance crosses USD 20,000 a day, with the price-per-IGN table per halving period.
docs/plans/epoch-length.md section 11: the detector alert held 6 net windows recommends
the next shorter ladder step, per-tier costs at 2,400 and 600, the adversary's share per
compile class. Section 12: HBM FPGA parts with sources, reads in flight per watt against
the RTX 5090 (0.3x to 0.4x at Shuhai's measured rate, up to 1.9x at the unmeasured bank
ceiling), the two FPGA lanes in one table, and the ranking: layer 9 above layer 7.

One row in the funding table (USD 80,000 to 160,000 for two independent reviews, basis the four RandomX reviews of 2019 at their published per-firm prices and person-days) and a section "The mixer cryptanalysis brief (Counter ASIC 3.0 item 3)": the target shape from memhard.rs and accept.rs, the ranked break list with the chip-model number each moves, deliverables and timebox, the soundness suite to re-run, acceptance criteria in the RandomX audit style, candidate reviewers with citations, the risk column against the two-publish rollout, the timing against the testnet go checklist, and the consequences per user tier. Nothing else in the file is touched.

docs/evidence.md and site/evidence.html: 28 public claims with one of five status labels (7 designed, 3 implemented, 18 tested by the team, 0 reproduced externally, 0 reviewed independently), version or commit, the reproducible test, the result with date and machine, and independent verification (none yet for every row). Evidence link in the homepage nav and the generated pages' nav.
docs/benchmarks/proving-e2e.md: replaces the 20-second shard gate with three fixed workloads, job-received-to-accepted-proof latency, cost per proof, the eligible card list with mining and proving reported separately, the verbatim acceptance standard and the three-unrelated-operator protocol.
docs/plans/funding.md: cost, what is funded (founder's means, the client's 1% fee once there is mining), what waits on revenue, what pauses.
docs/analysis/security-budget.md: emission through six halvings at three price inputs, miners and provers separate from burns, the USD 1M floor and the year it is crossed.
docs/design/payment-routes.md: Mermaid flowchart and table of every flow, with operator, app, team and protocol revenue labelled.
