the project lead's correction through main (7 October 2026, evening): nothing goes outside, no firms, no paid lots, no briefs to anyone.
- docs/plans/cryptanalysis/in-house-pass.md: the rule set (the outsider's inputs and the withheld files), the three lanes (adv-mixer, adv-cache, adv-accept) with their branches, plan and report files and box-2 core bands, the budget in box-hours (8 per lane for first results, 24 total, ceiling 48 proposed), the deliverables (plan within two hours, report in the attack-pass shape), the review (the Counter ASIC lane defends, main rules), the clock (plans by 21:10 BST tonight, first results by 18:00 BST 8 October), the label rule, what a finding moves, the staged disclosure prize as the only outside check.
- docs/plans/funding.md: the "Independent cryptanalysis" row becomes the internal pass with no cash row (the USD 80,000 to 160,000 estimate withdrawn, never totalled); the brief section rewritten to the in-house pass (target, ranked questions per lane, gates, suite, what a finding moves, tiers); every firm name and price removed; status line updated.
