site: the dev fee reads as the fixed 1% fee with the app's Settings sentence; "switch" and "switchable" leave the miner page and /dev-fee
The founder's order (8 October 2026): the app's dev fee is no longer a switch; it is the last section of Settings with the rate, what it funds and the site's sentence, no control. The site follows: the meta, og and twitter descriptions read "a visible 1% dev fee"; the fee card's first sentence drops "switchable"; the "Off with" row for the app says there is no switch, the fee is fixed at 1% and Settings shows it last on the page; the mock card under "Settings, as the app shows it" carries the Settings section's own sentence instead of the old switch. The command-line and HiveOS arms (--dev-fee 0, DEV_FEE=0) are unchanged. /dev-fee is regenerated from the miner page's fee section by site/build.mjs.
