0.3.23: Igneum-Miner.iss compiles again (take 2's kit build on PC 2: ISCC "Unknown type 'TDateTime'" at InitializeSetup's var block; Inno's Pascal has no TDateTime and the variable was never used). The line is dropped; the stale-marker rule needs no age in the installer (an installer that starts clears any marker it finds, with a Log line; the 15-minute age is the engine's and the host's rule for a marker left behind)
