- Sequence (scratchpad r0315/publish1.sh): deploy the folder; update-now to the Mac (d937c69d, miner paused per the project lead); the fleet's standing boxes by the fleet agent's script (06211d55, generator-4 workers); the hands on the Mac binary 7f0948d9 through hands-launchd.sh (announced); the seed on 06211d55; every version and digest line read back. The Windows row joins through `ship-app.mjs --from ci` when GitHub's billing block lifts. The Discord card waits for the full set.
