The product owner's signature asserts only this: the entries and kits named in the block are the ones the shipper cut and read back by sha, twice each (on build-1 and on the Mac's staging). Published: the Mac entry, igneum-app-latest.json 2.0.2 on igneum-2.0-devnet in both dl token folders at 02:20:37 UK with Igneum-Miner-2.0.2-5d53a591-1176efb9.dmg (sha256 66137cd8…, igneumd 5d53a591, the freeze fingerprint cbc5bd0aa10585c8) on the mini's rule-33 PASS; the fleet kit 5d53a591-node-lane.tgz on build-1 (de47da86…, byte-identical binaries to the 8fb8c8f5… the fleet canary installed). Cut and unpublished: the Windows payload igneum-windows-app-2.0.2-1176efb9.zip (6242bbe9…) and installer-kit-1176efb9.zip (34b77d28…); the hive packages igneum-hive-2.0.2-5d53a591.tar.gz (cf939b77…, with the sync gate from release-2.0.2 9998913f) and igneum-hive-lab-2.0.2-5d53a591.tar.gz (503e93e5…); the evidence kits 09350682, 685d72dd, bb8c0679 and the 2.0.3 node re-cuts dafc823f and c363ce90. It asserts nothing about convergence or a PASS beyond the mac block: kit 2 did not converge the fleet (the roll never ran; the fleet and hive canaries read FAIL at sync, the reset held at 06:30); no Windows or HiveOS entry exists; a fresh Mac install cannot join devnet-4 as it stands (the reference chain standing at the epoch-13 cut since 05:45 UK, three state roots for its seed block across 2.0.0, 2.0.1 and 2.0.2); the fee rules stay BLOCKED.
